It all started with a Zoom call.
Lady had already made a name for herself, bringing her management degree and dynamic skill set to clients across the U.S. since 2016. With experience spanning healthcare, Yellow Pages, telecommunications, financial services, data science, and HVAC, she had built a versatile and trusted professional reputation.
Rod Doyle, CEO and CFO of M&R Doyle Holdings, Inc., had just taken the reins of the company in 2020 following the acquisition of Allied Community Services, Inc. Prior to leading MRD, Rod served with distinction as a U.S. Army Officer, with assignments at the United States Military Academy at West Point and multiple finance battalions. His academic background includes a Master’s in Organizational Development from Columbia University, a Master of Finance from Webster University, and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from Texas State University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He also serves as a board member of the Texas State University Alumni Association.
When Rod met Lady through a virtual consultation, it was clear this was more than just a client-contractor interaction.
